MESA, AZ (July 17, 2025) – Today, Hadrian, the advanced manufacturing company building AI-powered factories for America, announced plans to establish a large-scale manufacturing and software hub, known as Factory 3 (F3) in Mesa, Arizona. The 270,000-square foot facility represents a $200 million investment, which will support raw materials to complete mission-critical systems. Expected to be fully operational in early 2026, the facility will create 350 new jobs. In addition, Hadrian announced a total $260 million in new capital and expansions of its footprint in California and Arizona, which will support significant new manufacturing space, expanded R&D capacity, and dedicated teams focused on shipbuilding and naval defense production.

Administered by the Site Selectors Guild, REDI Sites provides a rigorous, standardized evaluation process for site readiness across the United States. The site, H2K, located in Tucson, Arizona, received a silver designation by REDI Sites. H2K, a ±2,462 acre parcel of Arizona State Trust Land, is a premier site zoned to support a variety of industrial uses, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and logistics.

In the 12-month fiscal period that ended on June 30, 2025, the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) and local economic development agencies successfully worked with companies that committed to creating a projected 24,285 new Arizona jobs with an average wage of $95,928. Both represent record-setting results for the state. The companies also committed to investing more than $31 billion in local communities. In addition to high-quality economic expansions, FY25 saw substantial wins for workforce development, startup and small business growth, supply chain enhancements, rural economic development, and more.
